I've lived at the Heights for about 6 months now, and truly only have positive things to say about living here. I've rented all my adult life and this has been the best experience by far. The staff are friendly and attentive and all of my maintenance needs have always been addressed promptly (thank you, Don!). The area is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and homes are pet friendly with enclosed yards (which is such a game changer from apartment living). Beautiful Community!
I emailed the company and even commented on a Facebook post asking about EV chargers and if I could install one in my garage, they never reached back out to me, I guess they don't want anyone with a Tesla in their community, thankfully I've come across some apartments in town which have free EV chargers on site. The prices at the heights are higher than a mortgage on a 350,000 dollar home for me with a veterans loan.
