The Hebe spa in latham went above and beyond for me. I went there thinking I had an appointment and ironically , I was booked at another spa. The girls at the front desk we're very welcoming and full of smiles when I walked in.They told me no problem , we have time to accommodate you! I filled out paperwork sat for about ten minutes , and that's when I met Shawna, my nurse! She was very knowledgeable and professional and saw the issues that I was concerned with! My entire experience at Hebe Medical Spa was wonderful. First, I was able to schedule a free consultation and receive my Dysport treatment the same day which was amazing. Second, Olivia was absolutely brilliant and clearly an expert in her work. She was super warm and friendly but also so helpful when educating me on the process and explaining my expected results.
