Shocking, took money fro my mums account who has been dead for two years! And she cancelled with them 3 years ago! So i phoned them in November for some one to fix the boiler at my mum's property as heating not working it is now january and my mum had paid, still haven't turned up despite phone calls, I am just happy no one was living in the house! You phone no answer I phoned 14 times today still no answer it's annoying my boiler fused all my electric I have switch it off no ot water no heating
