We had Charlie over this morning for a boiler service and a couple of minor parts replacements. He was excellent, as always. He arrived on time, was respectful of the house, friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing really clearly. Would definitely recommend.
Would not hesitate to recommend. Heating Expert have been providing great service for many years trying to keep the old boiler functional to try to defer replacing it. That time finally arrived but we took the opportunity to face into a bigger job - not only replacing the old boiler but rerouting the gas pipe ( legacy of old house) re plumbing the utility room and replacing the adjacent cloakroom suite as well as doing electrics, retiling and carpentry.
