I called Mike Willow for AC maintenance at my home in Greensburg, and I’m very glad I did. He showed up on time, was friendly, and explained everything he was doing during the service. He cleaned and checked the system thoroughly, and now my AC runs much smoother and quieter. Mike didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciate. Needed help with my AC this weekend. Wanted to support Mike since he is local. I guess he didn’t want to leave his football party. It’s bizarre how he advertises 24 hour service and doesn’t want to provide 24 hour service. Sorry if needed help and it was going to interrupt your weekend bender. There were other places to call..problem solved. Don’t waste your time.

Mike was very responsive to complete the job. He came over on the same day and had my air conditioning up and running in a short period of time. Mike is very polite and knowledgeable.

Mike with the heating and air experts was fantastic. We called after hours and he was at our home in less than an hour. We had no ac all day and he was able to get it repaired, running, and give a thorough explanation of what the issue was! He is also working with our warranty company to get the costs reimbursed. Great company and will use again!
