I used this service twice in the past for some minor AC service work. For the third appointment which would have been a larger service job, Mark never returned my phone calls over several weeks. Very tardy responses to my text messages. My impression - he (and or his staff) are either overwhelmed with appointments, or disorganized, or just didn't have the guts to say he'd rather not have me as a customer, or .... All of the above. Fortunately for me, the good options are many.
Highly recommend I had nightmare issues back and forth with different HVAC companies and my mini split ductless system. I had other companies tell me whole units needed to be replaced, and I did not feel comfortable through the process. We had Mark and his team install a 5 zone, Gree ductless split system in our 95 year old home. We had 5 firms give us estimates and each one offered different advice on how to best meet our goal of cooling in summer and heating in winter. Not only was Mark’s estimate the moist reasonable on price, but he was also by far the most communicative, flexible and knowledgeable. Save yourself some time and effort.
