I would be cautious. They are using untrained staff to take residents to the bathroom, feeding them and care in general. Also, the Director does not having any formal education

Mom has been a resident at the Heather’s now for about a month and a half now and in that time, I think she has participated in more activities than the entire 3 1/2 years she was at her previous assisted living facility. They really take the extra time to encourage her to participate in activities. The attention and care she is receiving at the Heathers is stellar. Kathy Biron has become a lifelong friend in this industry and I trust her judgements and the professionals she surrounds herself around. After looking at several locations near our house we decided on The Heathers. This was going to be a difficult transition for my mom and everyone at The Heathers has been amazing! From Jennifer to Kathy as well as the rest of the staff, the kindness and attention to detail they have shown to her is beyond appreciated. The facilities are modern, clean and roomy. It feels like a bed and breakfast for seniors. Bravo!!!

Stunning homes! I had the pleasure of meeting with Kathy Biron who told me all about the history of the Heathers, informed me of the many services offered and gave me a full tour! I love how homey it is! It does not feel institutional at all. The rooms are really spacious and the homes are spotless inside.
