Good folks good stocked. Bought pellets for pellet stove.
The Heat source is a lifesaver during winter as it's the only local shop specializing in your wood burning or pellet stove. I recently had a need for a snap disk and was able to walk in and pick one up and was back in business in no time. If you're not mechanically inclined they offer a mobile technician. Be prepared to wait as the tech is very busy in winter. All in all a pleasant experience and great service.
Amazing service and kind people who do their job well and take great care of their customers! Very honest and helpful and they offer great products. We’re very happy with our pellet stove!
I was quoted 350 to replace the back wall of my fireplace. When Justin came out, seemed like he was really taking his time after the work was done. He told me he went into the next hour of work and charged me an extra $100 on top of his quote unexpectedly.shame shame shame!
