From the moment we contacted them through to the quoting process, we are well advised , paid a deposit and tradesmen arrived first thing in the morning, very polite and knowledgeable. Very happy with their service
Easy process, nice people
New Daikin air con installed in our apartment bedroom. Excellent service from all the team at Heat Shop Williamstown. Installation went to plan , all ready for summer. Rang them 3 weeks ago for quote, happy with that and all done already. Guys who did installation were professional, friendly and cleaned up well after they were done. Thanks Will and Joe! And the actual air con is sooo quiet! Love it. Thanks team.
The Heat Shop were fantastic. Responsive, prompt, professional, great value and their clean up after installation was exemplary. We will definitely use these guys for any future work.
