I recently had an air conditioner replaced. The Heat shop were very professional throughout the entire process from quoting to installation. They arrived when they said they would, they took care with their workmanship, and communicated with me throughout the process. I am happy to recommend them.
Overall, a disappointing experience from start to finish. We were quoted for a specific daikin model, but on inspection after installation I realised a more basic model had been fitted instead. Only then was I told the premium model we’d been quoted for wasn’t compatible with our setup — something that should have been raised before installation went ahead, not after. Robbie and his team provide an excellent service. We have used The Heat Shop to install heating and cooling systems on a couple of properties and the team has been faultless. The workers have been quick, efficient and very neat in cleaning up afterwards. Great help from reception staff Sue; with excellent advice and aftercare from the team. Definitely would highly recommend this business.
