The Heat Pump Store was terrific. Max did a fantastic job with the information and sales end of things. We experienced 2 primary installers. Brandon and Richard. Both technicians were friendly and answered all of our questions. The group of electricians also did exemplary work. We recently had a heat pump system installed in our home. We are absolutely DELIGHTED with it, and I cannot say enough good things about it. It worked well to keep our home warm during the cold weather, and now that the heat is here, it is literally a lifesaver for senior citizens such as ourselves. Max and his team were fabulous.
