Had my maintenance appointment today with a young man named Todd Parker. Very professional. Taking care to be respectful of even small details as he worked. Explained things I needed to know, answered my questions. Genuinely patient and friendly. Very proud of the product he maintains and stands behind it strongly. Works efficiently and quick, but thorough. Don't let this employee go. You won't find another one that compliments and represents your business and product like this one.
