Rang for a quote for an heat pump and had to cancel on the morning due to work . Receptionist immediately without checking what the appointed was for … started pushing a late fee cancellation on me over the phone . Won’t be re- scheduling an appointment thanks .. warning don’t cancel your appointment within 2 hours . And a friendly voice on the phone would get a far better response from a potential customer . Now a lost customer !!
Called about getting a service on a Heater that wasn’t working. They were able to talk me through a reset over the phone and got it working again. Thank you!
