Very friendly on the phone and knowledgeable. He prepared a good quote. I went to the first address on Google maps the address was wrong. I go to the address on the website it's the Tim Hortons and Wendy's on Welland avenue. At the bottom on the email I noticed another company name. I googled that and it said they are renovating the kitchen but also didn't include an address. It's okay to have a kitchen that's not open to the public but this didn't give us confidence so we didn't book with him. So 3 stars for the communicati... read more
James and his staff were wonderful. From our first phone call, to our tasting and the day of, he was great. We had a backyard wedding with 70 guests and his team executed the dinner flawlessly. Our guests could not stop raving about the quality of food. 10/10 would recommend for your special day!
James catered and delivered vegetarian meals and snacks for 12 people with a variety of food sensitivies and allergies for 5 days. He was professional and personable and very easy to communicate with. The food was very satisfying for all of us. We will definitely use him again when we're back in that area.
Would have left zero stars if it was an option. The owner was slow, unresponsive and missed commitments as we were organizing the event which I felt indicated a problem and I should have gone with something different. Driver arrived and delivered a bunch of raw meat and vegetables not our order. Then he could not get hold of anyone to figure out what was happening. Finally spoke with the owner. Enjoyed a small tapas event while on holidays catered by Heat is On — Hannah is a hospitality pro!!! She went over all the details when she arrived and took care of everything. Chef James couldn’t make it to our event personally but ensured everything was absolutely perfect and was a great communicator. Highly recommend.
