Patrick Miller deserves 10 stars for the work that he performed and his customer service. I could not be more pleased with our experience with The Hearth Doctor. The home we purchased had a gas fireplace but being from Florida we did not know much about operation or maintenance. I called around looking for someone that would be willing to teach us without trying to sell us. The guys came out, completed a full inspection, and explained everything to us. Not enough great things to say about Amanda and Jon! I know absolutely nothing about fireplaces and they were patient, kind, professional, and courteous, and helping repair my fireplace. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you again Amanda and Jon!
Last week Brandon went to my grandparents house and serviced their gas fireplace, he was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything to them in a way they really understood! Very well mannered! Would recommend this company to everyone. Will continue to always use you guys
