Our experience with Hearth Doctor (the Auburn location) has not been positive or easy. From the beginning the sales associate was much more interested in selling us a fireplace than in making sure it met our needs or would work in our new build. They misquoted us on the cost of installation, which was double what we'd been told. They agreed, grudgingly, to split the difference with us. I've been talking to Alex for 6 months as I navigated choosing the right stove for my space and lifestyle. I also emailed with Will in the Auburn store for information and advice. Both Alex and Will were fabulous, start to finish.
Absolutely the best - knowledgeable, friendly, and great service at every step. From the initial site visit to picking out our stove in the shop to the installers, to the follow up and information, I can't recommend them highly enough.
