Incredible service!! Thank you for your help with connecting my new wood stove.
Salesman, Alex, was very helpful since we are burning envy blocks and didn't know that they aren't compatible with all stoves. It took a while to get the stove from Denmark but i am impressed with the quality.
Really happy we went with The Hearth Doctor for our Jotul Oslo. Everyone at the Brunswick store was super helpful while we were deciding, and the guys who came out to install it were prompt, polite, and left the workspace clean. The stove runs fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They sent 2 technicians to my house to determine what stove would be best for my house. After 2 months of use the stove Still does not produce enough heat. They came to my house and said stove is working properly, and the problem is the layout of my house. They saw the layout when they came here the first time.
