Worked with Scott at the Topsham store to install a Morso 1410b into a cabin that never had a wood stove before. I am very happy with how everything turned out. Cosmetically the design Scott came up with looks great in my opinion! More importantly the stove functions perfectly!! For those new to wood stoves, compared to fireplaces wood stoves need a stronger draft (rising hot air out the chimney that creates a vacuum) because basically the wood stove has to “suck” air through the much more restrictive air intake to feed the ... read more

Helped me find and order the part I needed promptly and professionally!
Made and appointment for stove work a month ahead. The day of repair tech showed up looked at it mumbled something about running to the shop for a part and would be back later. That was the last I heard. called the store the next day, a woman said she would follow up and that was the last I heard again. I ordered the part, got it in 2 days, and did the repair.
Scott went above and beyond helping me find the correct gaskets for an older model stove!
