When (not if) the pellet stove you bought here breaks down they'll make you wait a full month in the coldest part of the year waiting on service. Then they'll cancel your appointment one day before they're scheduled to fix it and make you wait a full month longer before you can heat your home. Shop elsewhere. I was in the market for an electric fireplace insert, sent an inquiry to the Hearth Doctor online via their website and Phil Gagne was very quick to get back to me. I gave him the measurements of the insert area and he quickly found the perfect insert! My biggest concern was getting something that looked as realistic as possible. Wowwwzahhh have electric inserts come a long way!! Phil suggested I go to the Brunswick store and see the Valor ge3 in person to make sure it was what I was looking for. Two weeks ago we had a service call by one of your technicians and a trainee. They were totally professional, arrived on time, did an AMAZING job cleaning our gas fireplace (the glass screen was spotless after their work), answered our questions, and left our home immaculate. A terrific experience and reflects the high level of training that your company has obviously accomplished. A Navy expression would be Bravo Zulu (Well Done).
