Overall a wonderful company. The owner Rob is a great guy and will go above and beyond to help you out whenever he can. They are very professional and friendly and communication is great. I cannot recommend them enough!
The Hearth Doctor had one job: to install a fireplace. They failed at every turn. Preface- I'm sure the installer will deny this happened the way it did because they maintain they did a great job and went "above and beyond". This is simply not true and you can see from the photos how poor their work is. We are on the third home we've owned together.
