The community is super clean and the staff are very friendly! I appreciate how the care staff go above and beyond and the food is consistently good!
I toured this facility and was impressed by the programming and warmth when walking the halls. The food was amazing. My observations of the residents and staff is an exemplary of a positive work culture and a great placement for an elder in my family.
Staff nice & friendly. Seems like a place that would take good care of my loved one. Facility nice & clean but a little worn & dated.
My grandma moved to Independence Village in May and we cannot believe how much her quality of life has improved! I live in Florida and because I don’t see her every day, her decline earlier this year was very noticeable to me. My family in Indy handled most of the logistics moving her, and they said it was a pretty seamless process. We are just so surprised and impressed by how much she has IMPROVED since moving!!
