I wish the room was larger, but overall, the community was nice. My biggest concern for my Mother is lighting. She needs bright lighting. The environment was well lit & open. I have not yet been given the price

What a beautiful retirement community! It is unbelievably clean and the people here are so friendly. You can tell they genuinely enjoy living and working here. A picture is worth 1000 words and I think there is a lot to say about the upkeep and care of this place!
It was a wonder experience, the staff if very welcoming and the facility is great. There are lots of activities they offer and they care about all the residence. Highly recommend Independence Village of Avon.
I have now been a resident of Independence Village of Avon for a little over a year and a half. I have a spacious apartment, and housekeeping and laundry assistance when I want it. The food is good and everyone is amazingly friendly and helpful. My family and I chose this place for me because it feels homey, unlike some of the newer ones that feel more like a hotel. Also, we have lots of green space, a walking path, and benches where you can sit outside and enjoy nature.
