This review is for the memory care community, and I should start by pointing out that it is important to evaluate a facility based on the specific needs of your loved one. In hindsight, this was not a good place for my parent who was very warm and loving and needed a lot of human contact. They are not able to effectively provide that here. The facility is beautiful. RecommendedI work for a moving company and we’ve done many jobs to this place. Everyone is so nice and it’s always so clean. The employees are so helpful and follow all protocols to make sure all moves are done safely. Special shout out to Kylie Hood who always greets us with a smile and makes every job that has to do with the Hearth as easy as possible. I highly recommend the hearth!
The atmosphere is both beautiful and caring. I have been here two and one-half years.
The memory care residence is exceptional - the model works. Residents are well-adjusted and cared for - with plenty of inspired activities of all kinds, great food and friendship and caring between residents and staff. Quality of life and dignity - I have personally made friends with many of them.

Very dissatisfied with this facility. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in, once they get a resident in they do not follow careplans or any sort of protocol. We are in the process of moving out my loved one. Last evening our loved one was taken out for a respite, the family was given loose medication with no instruction. My Mother has just moved in for a two week respite stay. The facilities are lovely and the staff is exceptional. She is very happy. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a place for a family member to live.
