Appointment rescheduled 2 days ago to a hour later in the day. On the day of the appointment, the doctor was running an hour late “due to an emergency” but at no point did it occur to the receptionists to communicate this to the patients affected. Very disappointing standard of patient care. Website not working to provide direct feedback
