This was an excellent session. I have a frozen shoulder, and my range of motion has decreased in my left arm because of it. I wasn't expecting much healing with the massage for that issue; I was wrong. Not only was the body massage very relaxing and energizing, but she helped release some of the tension from my shoulder, and I regained my range of motion and still two weeks later. I am definitely going to be going back more often! She's a great healer!!
I recently received an abdominal massage and I must say it was very therapeutic. JaMel is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable as a licensed massage therapist. It’s deeper than just a massage. I am dealing with bloating, inflammation and gut dysbiosis. I do not regularly have a bowel movement like I would prefer and today I had 2 already, I felt less bloated and I’m not sure if it’s related but I also had increased energy today.
