Rude staff, appointments not honored. Wasted a long time waiting past the scheduled appointment time. Had to stay since I had already asked for time off at work.
Dr Vettiankal is my doctor and I think he's GREAT! His staff is also.
Dr.Musa Khan is EXTREMELY unprofessional. He is rude to patients and his other colleagues. I would not recommend seeing him or visiting his office!
The lack of time management is an abomination. A patient is expected to arrive early for an appointment, yet this institution finds it ok to have those same patients wait 2.5 hours past the scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. A courtesy message or a realistic time expectation by the front desk would go a long way for trust. I would highly expect they invest in AI to fix the appointment log as the current system does not work.
First time here. Quick, efficient check-in. Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Was seen on time. Short wait for doctor. All questions answered. Very impressive.
