My dad has been in the hospital for a few weeks with CHF related complications. Dr. Menon and his Nurse Practitioner, Chelsea, have been nothing short of amazing. They are both compassionate, proactive and have excellent bedside manner. We are very thankful for their commitment to my dad’s health and future. Dec 22nd no one would answer phone. Finally left nurse a message and call back number. It's December 23rd 930am and still no one will answer phone. I left a call back number. Guess I will see if someone returns my call. They are supposed to be working to 5pm today so says internet. Very disappointed in lack of office personnel ability to answer a call. Oh yeah, blame Christmas holiday rite????
