Very friendly and knowledgeable.
These guys should get a zero. I purchase an electric fireplace from Heart & Hearth. It is a beautiful thing and pretty realistic and it is installed in a corner cabinet. However, it quit working. I called Heart & Hearth Shoppe and they said they would look at it if I could bring it in. Are you kidding? This is built in a cabinet and weight around 200 lbs. They said they don't come onsite to do repairs. Finally I did convice them to come out and make the repair. The service call without parts was $250. Hence, when I wanted to... read more
