My exeperience was so horrible it sounds unbelievable. In short, the staff as a whole are rude and sarcastic. The Dr. misdiagnosed my mother's heart failure as simply needing more exercise. He told her to come back in a year and he wanted to see her up to walking at least 2 miles a day. I do not recommend this place.
Not helpful. Have tried 3 times to get test results sent to new doc in a different state, unresponsive. Spent thousand dollars on a test a year ago I have never reviewed results from. It is normal protocol for Drs to communicate patient results to other doctors….apparently not in this office
After speaking to office staff numerous times about my minor sons appointment today, not once was it mentioned that only one person could go back with him due to Covid. We are all bright enough to know that there are certain circumstances that require special accommodations …. Well everyone but this office! We drove 90 minutes each way to be turned away because my special needs son was with me also ( he has the mentality of an infant , requires constant supervision, and always with me, since I’m his guardian and caretaker). ... read more
