I cant wait to get better insurance so that I dont have to deal with offices like this anymore! Some of the medical assistants have attitude for days. Rude and unprofessional people.
This is the worst place to see a dr They have no regards to appointments The wait is ridiculous Very unprofessional Changing to a new primary physycian
My boyfriend came in at 2pm we told the front desk he has a fever. An hour wait is okay but to wait TWO hours to get seen is crazy. The waiting room is extremely HOT not even room temperature or warm. It’s HOT. And then the nurse with blonde hair not even friendly when coming in the room. Smh and he got seen and the doctor told him he couldn’t prescribe him nothing that he should go to the ER. I NEVER heard that no matter what how sick you are a doctor should prescribe something. We left like 4pm ALLL that time waiting smh!
This cardiology office is absolutely incompetent. The staff is completely incapable of handling basic paperwork or following through on essential tasks. It’s frustrating and unjust how they seem more focused on draining patients' wallets and time than actually taking care of their health. If the doctors and APPs here want to avoid a malpractice lawsuit in 2025 and beyond, they need to seriously reorganize their staff.
