The lack of professionalism and courtesy from Dr. Mamatha Mohan. My mother accompanies my father to his appointments, and on multiple occasions, when she tries to ask her a question, the doctor simply gets up and walks away, leaving us mid-sentence and refusing to listen to any concerns. The situation is so obvious that even her assistant or nurse feels obligated to apologize for her, excusing her behavior by saying she is busy. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mohan since 2020 and I will say one thing she’s a very good patient understanding doctor and she definitely has changed me for the better
