Darlene H made it her duty to tell the lobby that i was ineligible for insurance and that i had to pay out of pocket. I was so embarrassed she was loud as I couldn’t hear her when i was sitting directly across from her. It was like she wanted everyone in the lobby to know that i was no longer insured and couldn’t afford my visit. I’m sure it’s because I am a person of color……
