Confused as to why I was directed to the heart center. For diabetics issues. Person who answered said that doctor did not work in that office yelled at me and then hung up. Said I was rude for asking for diabetes personnel and not knowing I had called the heart center.. heartless staff. . Your staff Need to work on your people skills. That's the paycheck.
REGARDING: C. Dean Katsamakis D.O. I would highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion. If I could give no star I would. Family member had mild heart attack no damage done to the heart. Begged Dean not to put him on medication he insisted putting him on Metoprolol & Lipitor. He had all the serious side effects and Dean wouldn't let me stop it or lower the dosage. Talked to 5 different pharmacists and they all said medication should have been stopped immediately at hospital before release. Was on Metoprolol & Lipitor they made his... read more
