This would be my 3rd or 4th time coming to them. Always a good experience.
I believe our instructor’s name was Zara. She was committed to her attendees learning About BLS for medical professionals. The practical portion was positive. She paused the video several times to highlight significant items. The only issue I had , there were two different tests, ( the questions were the same but the order of questions was different on 2 pages.) I missed identifying which test I took which prolonged my test being graded for the test it was.
