The staff here at the Hearing Wellness Center is outstanding. Very professional yet friendly. Extremely helpful. When they recently moved, they made sure I knew where the new office location was and reminded me so I showed up at the right place. More important, they’ve made a huge impact in my day to day by crafting a solution that significantly improves my quality of life. I’m grateful!
I was very nervous about my test today, but Dr. Lloyd Completely helped to calm my nerves. She did not make me feel embarrassed or that I was a burden when we had to switch testing rooms. She really took the time to listen to me and help calm my anxiety. From the moment I stepped in, I knew that the folks who worked at the hearing wellness center were kind, caring, and really put the patients needs first.
The Hearing Wellness Center is friendly from making the appointment right through the examination. Dr. Lloyd is professional and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to explain every step of the process. She was thorough and took her time. I highly recommend this practice.
