I have had a wonderful experience at the Hearing Wellness Center! Everyone who I had contact with could not have been more friendly and informative. Losing your hearing is pretty stressful, but Dr. Courtney was so reassuring and she knew exactly what I needed. After only a few days with the trial hearing aids, I knew I was going to get them! I couldn't get by with out this team. I always depend on them to help with my hearing aid and having SSD.
The staff is so friendly and the office space was comfortable. I was looking for a provider to help fix my mom’s hearing aids while she was visiting from out of town and they were able to get me in quickly! I am so grateful to find this provider!
BOTTOM LINE. Make sure your insurance covers a "diagnostic" hearing exam prior to selecting this provider. Otherwise it may not be covered. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!! I went for a routine hearing test on 08/28/2025. I have a Medicare advantage plan of which THWC was considered an in-network provider. This service should have been fully covered with no copay. THWC billed the insurance for a diagnostic not a routine hearing exam which is NOT covered. I tried multiple times to resolve but THWC does not allow customers to speak d... read more
