John and Amanda were great!! John knows his craft !! He’s very easy to work with and does a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I had an excellent experience. John, the Hearing Aid Specialist, was wonderful and truly helped me with my hearing problems. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind. I would highly recommend the Hearing Services at Cincinnati Eye Institute in Blue Ash. It was a very reassuring and positive experience.
The hearing aids I believe they only have one brand. Not real happy now the problem is moisture can’t even be outside or do any type of activity because moisture gets in the aid and shuts down the battery within 10 minutes. The only hearing aids that I have ever owned that did this. I was approaching a 90 day warranty and I was going to return them and was told I don’t care about the warranty.
