My husband had an appointment today with Matthew for a hearing test. Couldn't ask for a nicer person. He did a great job, was pleasant, answered all our questions and helped us out. Highly recommend Hear Midland. Connie, the clinical Care administrator was excellent. She is kind, caring and answers all your questions. Recommend this place 100%. "Hear Midland" was my saving grace today! Last week I had a hearing test at another well-known medical center in town, and it was a nightmare. I walked in wearing my hearing aids and walked out with them in a Ziploc bag because the audiologist took them apart and couldn't put them back together. She didn't have the parts, the software to do it.......and zero explanation for my test results when I asked her for an explanation. So accommodating! We called and were able to get an appointment for later that same day. Amazing service and so quick! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
