Terrible! Self described "subcontractor" argued with me regarding price value and refused to stop, then abruptly cancelled my appointment I had waited weeks for. I complained by email to Kenneth Pruyn who wrote back " We have reviewed the call. During the conversation, our provider attempted to complete the required TruHearing intake and benefit explanation. Lisa is very patient and takes her time to explain everything. I didn’t feel rushed or that my questions were trivial. She was very thorough and helpful. I’m experiencing an improvement. The confirmation email link for directions took me to a very different business on the clear other side of town. Called the number included in the email (a call center) to get the exact address and asked that she call to let Lisa know I might be a few minutes late, which she said she would do. Lisa McNamara, our representative in Concord, Massachusetts, has given us excellent service as she helped us with new Signia hearing aids for my wife. She was uncommonly patient, took the time to explain the details of how Hearing Aids operate, and followed up two weeks later with a helpful second interview and check out of the new Hearing Aids. She is thoroughly professional, competent, and polite. A real credit to her employer.
A extraordinary experience. I brought my 81 yr old Aunt here she was extremely hesitant on getting hearing aids, but after talking to Lisa for a short time she was now excited to get them, even with happy tears.
