Made an appointment with Monroe Hearing Aid Center last January. I needed new hearing aids and I was new to town. After a thorough hearing test and evaluation I was upgraded to battery-free hearing aids which have worked extremely well for me. No more tiny sealed packages that I have to cut open. Yay! The office staff and hearing specialist are cordial and flexible with scheduling. I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received from Bryan Owens. From the beginning, Bryan has been attentive, patient, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, whether it involves my hearing, the hearing aids themselves, or their proper use and care. What I appreciate most is that Bryan really listens. He pays attention to my questions and to what I have experienced while wearing the hearing aids, and he makes sure any concerns are addressed.
