From the time I first visited the hearing institute I have had nothing but a very good experience. The first visit we discussed my hearing test and immediately set up a return appointment. The second appointment Dawn had me put the new hearing aids in and adjusted them to my need. I have had hearing aids for about 6 years. The other companies could never adjust the aids to where I didn't get feed back. Dr. Dawn did it in 15 minutes and they have worked perfectly since. Thank you
OMG! My mom has been to two different hearing aid companies and this was the first one where she left with hearing aids she could hear with . The LHAD specialist Dawn Morski is exceptional! Her receptionist was great as well . I can guarantee you will leave happy .
I went to the Hearing Institute for an evaluation. The people were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They did extensive testing and explained everything . My hearing aids work perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone.
