I went here for ear wax removal. I had this done once before at an ENT and it was quite painful so I was a bit uneasy. Dr. Steele was really pleasant, explained each part of the process before and as he was doing it and checked on how I was feeling at each step. It was clear he really cares about his patients well being. I never experienced pain. He did a great job, was kind and efficient from start to finish, and at a very fair price. I'd give my highest recommendation to anyone needing this service.

If you’re located in the Asheville area and looking to get an ear wax removal procedure done I’d most definitely suggest that you come and see Dr. Steele, he handles his job safe, clean & most importantly professional.

I would not recommend using this facility. While they were nice on the phone once I made an appointment, it went downhill quickly. I got to their office and they told me to wait in a back room that was essentially a dirty utility closet with an exam chair in it. Said the technician would be back soon. After waiting for 25 minutes I went and asked and was told that they were on their way but close. I waited another 20 minutes and then had to leave because I have a life and other things to do. My Mother truly enjoys going to The Hearing Guy because he is kind to her and funny, but also really knows what he is doing!! He is by far the best in the business and this is the best place to get anything involving your hearing and ears taken care of!!
