Dr. Steele was aware of my previous negative experiences with hearing issues, listened to me carefully, and was very straight-forward to let me know that I might possibly get more effective treatment with another area specialist. He was very honest with me, and gave me information to use to get further help. I appreciated his straightforwardness so very much.
Professional, caring. Everything first rate.
Everyone in the office has treated me very well, and my hearing aids work just fine. I am very happy working with the heating guy.
