I am so glad I decided to take the plunge and get hearing aids from Dr. Steele THE HEARING GUY!! I originally was under the impression my insurance would provide me with a set. Dr Steele took his time and explained to me the differences between going through my insurance vs getting my devices from them directly from him. As a United Healthcare cutomer. I was notified that the amount that they pay them is not worth the effort. I was kept waiting 40 minutes for a fitting apointment. I was not given properly programmed devices ($3000). They wouldnt even hook up the bluetooth on my Iphone unless I paid extras. I am still trying to get them to work. I would never walk in her again and will make sure that United Healthcare learns about this. Only go if you want to be upsold.
