Bryce, MY new hearing guy, adjusted a set of phonak hearing aids that had been inconsistent in their ability to help my hearing problem. I had been to two other offices in town, one said get new ones and the second had just about the same answer. Bryce adjusted the tips and explained more clearly some operational information. I am a happy hearing camper!
The Hearing Guy, Dr. Brent Steele throughly ask questions pertinent to my 72 old years. Dr. Brent explained how hearing degrades after years of use or abuse. Next came the audio test. The results surprised me a bit in that In not ready for hearing aid yet, yea! That was the good news. Guess he could have sold me some but that’s not how he grows his practice. The better news was that I discovered a Dr. of audiology that I can depend on in the future. Now isn’t that refreshing?
I am very pleased with the hearing aids and care from Dr. Steele and his staff. My elderly uncle's Costco hearing aids were failing so it was decided he was better served with someone local. Dr. Steele offered a variety of options and my uncle is extremely pleased with his choice. The follow up care to totally customize far exceeded the experience at Costco.
