I was pleased with the service my mother received from the staff and Dr. Stephanie Sanchez Audiologist, both were very friendly.. The Audiologist was informative and explained the need for hearing aids and explained the next steps in obtaining hearing aids. I felt no pressure in purchasing hearing aids. I highly recommend The hearing group of New Mexico in Los Lunas.
Yesterday, I visited with Dr. Vigil at their location on Academy NE. The office is very clean and the personnel there are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Vigil spent the time with me to answer any questions or concerns I had and what to expect during a thorough exam. I came away knowing what the next steps would be. Dr. Vigil is pleasure to work with! I would recommend her and the Hearing Group of New Mexico to anyone who needs help with hearing problems!
The only reason this is not a two star rating is that I received a report on my hearing tests that was brief and to the point, but contained a statement regarding a discussion about the implications of my hearing loss by the audiologist with me that did not happen. The audiologist, Diana Vigil, was largely disinterested in my case, barely spoke to me, walking out. of the room at the end of the testing, barely speaking to me. I can highly recommend the Hearing Group of New Mexico! My exam was thorough and I am extremely happy with my hearing aids… I started to appreciate my hearing loss when I noticed difficulty hearing my students … once I was fitted, I realized how much I was missing. I also thought I was too young for aids … now, I won’t give them up! Dr. Vigil is patient, knowledgeable and professional and I have complete confidence in the care I received and will continue to receive. Thank you!
If you have true hearing its a waste of time. He will tell you to go get your ears cleaned and waste your time
