To start this review is not about the Physician or the receptionist. This is to reference the office in Coral Springs. This is about the office workers who denied service because my insurance information was not updated in their system. Although I mentioned I would pay out-of-pocket until updated, (which now they denied this), I was refused to be seen. Do I have a case, without having the conversation record, not sure I do. Been trying to talk to a live person for 48 hours to change an appointment. No response, no voice mail, no way to contact them. Waste of time.
