Very smooth and professional. New offices are impressive. Parking spaces are too narrow and no handicap parking spaces.
Knowledgeable and friendly Staff made me feel comfortable. Equipment is modern and up to date and everything was explained in layman's language.
Found it very welcoming. The Receptionist and audiologist were very friendly and welcoming.
