We are committed and passionate to help children and adults who suffer from hearing loss, tinnitus or dizziness. We are the only Audiology Clinic in Windsor-Essex that performs balance assessments and rehabilitation services for dizzy patients. We are unique as we offer a team of in-house healthcare providers consisting of Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Communication Disorders Assistants and Hearing Instruments Dispensers collaborating to evaluate and treat patients.

Staff is very professional. Walked me through the process, explaining the procedure. (Wax removal) Photos before and after the procedure. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend using their services if you have hearing issues.

The staff are incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and every step in the process that follows. The audiologist was an expert in her field and explained each step. Love that they give you so much information to help you in making your decision. The staff make the transition to hearing aids easy and put you at ease. Knowledgeable and incredibly personable.
