The front desk receptionist was sooooo kind and very personable!!!! She was super friendly and very good at her job!!! The audiologist was very kind and explained everything going on very well. We were told upfront that it could take up to an hour but it took half that time. Walked out with the results in hand. I would highly recommend them!!!!
I recently got new hearing aids because my original ones were out of warranty. I chose the ones where you charger them over night but still use my originals for sleeping . What a difference the new ones make !! CLARITY! The person that helped me thru all of this Chelsea Tisckos was awesome! Very knowledgeable , helpful and very understanding! I went to the office at DePaul Hospital Big 👍 up 😊

The staff was excellent. Thorough in explaining what to expect and understanding our hearing tests. The registrar was helpful and both girls were friendly!
