It has been quite a few years since my mother was first diagnosed with hearing loss. She has been straining to hear, often not able to understand others, using her old, ineffective hearing aids. The appointment at the Hearing Clinic at Woodlake was not rushed, the testing was comprehensive, and we appreciated the opportunity to demo the new technology in hearing aids. We did not feel pressured to purchase. Dr. DeMorest was a great help as we navigated options and next steps to improved hearing.
Outstanding personal service with care and knowledge of the product suggested. Testing was thorough and the results explained. Dr. Judy patiently explained the options & care of equipment. I'll recommend The Hearing Clinic of Woodlake to friends.
