I am on my second set of hearing aids from the Hearing Centers of Ear medical Group. They’re hands down top notch, and care about their client. Whenever I have an issue, I can just walk in and they’re there to help. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my hearing aids fit properly, that I’m educated on how to clean them, how to store them, and how to care for them and make adjustments to them In various surroundings. I highly recommend their professional service.
I wanted to take this opportunity to say that I was very pleased with the way that Robyn Shanley explained all the benefits of the hearing aids that she recommended. When asked questions regarding the cost and the warranty she was patient and provided an explanation that easy to understand. The technology of the hearing aids is quite advanced and I am excited to be wearing them knowing how much I will benefit from their use.
My husband Joseph is a new patient of Dr Shanley . We were both impressed with service of the staff especially the experience from Dr Shanley . She knew exactly what Joseph needed to hear better. As a fellow that is 79 years old, I have dealt with a number of individuals and companies. Dr Shanley and her Associates at the Hearing Center of EMG excel in their profession. Without a doubt, they care about you, your hearing loss, and they stand behind the products they sell.
My experience with Dr. Shanley has been a complete success. She has impressed me with her intention to get it right, from switching to a second brand of hearing aid to multiple adjustments of settings and equipment. Many doctors will say "come back and see me anytime"; Dr. Shanley means it. I have great trust in her. In addition, the pricing structure is very user-favorable. Fees cover as many visits as are needed in order to reach a proper and lasting fit. Highly recommend it!
