I had my hearing tested. Hadley was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She went over the results of test with me before I left.
Love this whole place. The visits are for my adult daughter. She is deaf and we have never had to ask twice for an interpreter. Other places have told us they weren't made aware that she needed an interpreter. Also, everyone we encounter in this building is friendly and helpful.
