This was an amazing experience in my hearing loss journey. Dick and Christine embrace the values they have on the wall and put them into action. This was the best hearing test I've ever had in my 15 years dealing with hearing loss. I'm about to purchase an upgrade to my hearing aids and I'm looking forward to receiving Dick's support and guidance along the way.
What a great and fun experience! He really dug in and helped me when the last place couldn't figure it out. I had more realistic test there than I've ever had befor that immensely help me hear better. He's so down to earth and I highly recommend him over all else!
