Difficult to get ahold of anyone. You’ll get an answering machine saying they’ll return your call within 24hrs and a week later you get a call back only after asking the doctors office next door to go next door and give them your information. I can’t believe it’s this hard to give someone thousands of dollars for hearing aids. Decided to go elsewhere.
It is difficult to get in touch with a live Receptionist. Their ‘call back’ service has not been reliable
