Great service and i did not have to wait long for my hearing AIDS to come in. They came in rather quickly. Dr. Hale (William) set up the hearing-aids for me. He totally knows what he's doing. Expert service.
Mr. Hale was very helpful in choosing replacement hearing aids for me. I felt he did a thorough job of checking my hearing and giving me “just the right” hearing aids to begin using right away.
I called them on Monday, had to leave a message, but they got back to me within an hour. I had lost one of my hearing aids, asked for a replacement. I got a call from them on Friday that my replacement was in. I did not expect it so soon, which was a good thing.
