I needed new wires for my Widex Moment hearing aids. I went to this facility because I have moved an airplane ride away from my original provider. Hear USA was on my Insurance list and services Widex products.The new provider, Mr. Hale tried to bully me into getting new hearing aids, without even trying to evaluate the condition of my hearing aids. I kept telling him that it was the wires because it has happened before. He didn't even try new wires to see if I was correct. He insisted on giving me a hearing test, which is co... read more
A+ experience with the Glastonbury, Connecticut Office and Bill Hale. A comprehensive hearing test led to a number of options that were thoroughly discussed, and no pressure at all on decisions. Bill was pleasant, professional, and knows this field inside out. He had excellent recommendations, set me up with the best equipment utilizing latest technology that is essentially invisible, but gives me perfect hearing.
