This place will call you back to back at 8am and leave u a voicemail saying they have tried to contact you multiple times. If I don’t answer, it’s for a reason. Do not call me back to back. No other business does this. The complete lack of integrity from this place is just wow. Rude receptionist! This office called and scheduled My nephew for an appointment from a referral just for us to get here and the lady tell us we didn’t have an appointment!!!
I had such a wonderful experience at Dublin ENT! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comforting. The doctor was nice and I liked him but the office staff really needs to learn to be nice and respectful. I was given FOUR different appointment times, 2 different times via text and 2 different times via phone call. I called to verify my appointment time and they would never tell me. All they said was since my son (3 years) was new I had to be there at early 1:00 to complete paperwork but would not tell me my actual appointment time. I CALLED 7 HRS BEFORE MY APPT TO RESC DUE TO SICKNESS AND THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME A $25 FEE SINCE I DID NOT CALL THE DAY BEFORE. THEY WOULD NOT RESC MY APPT UNTIL I PAID THE $25 THE SICKNESS WASNT THE DAY BEFORE AND I HAD PLANNED ON BEING AT THE APPT. THE FRONT DESK PERSON DID NOT HAVE ANY CONSIDERATION WITH THE SICKNESS.
