I had such a wonderful experience at Dublin ENT! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comforting. The doctor was nice and I liked him but the office staff really needs to learn to be nice and respectful. I was given FOUR different appointment times, 2 different times via text and 2 different times via phone call. I called to verify my appointment time and they would never tell me. All they said was since my son (3 years) was new I had to be there at early 1:00 to complete paperwork but would not tell me my actual appointment time. I CALLED 7 HRS BEFORE MY APPT TO RESC DUE TO SICKNESS AND THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME A $25 FEE SINCE I DID NOT CALL THE DAY BEFORE. THEY WOULD NOT RESC MY APPT UNTIL I PAID THE $25 THE SICKNESS WASNT THE DAY BEFORE AND I HAD PLANNED ON BEING AT THE APPT. THE FRONT DESK PERSON DID NOT HAVE ANY CONSIDERATION WITH THE SICKNESS.
Have a current balance with the office(which I have zero problem paying),but they refuse to even schedule an appointment until the amount is paid. My child needs to see his ent and I would be happy to make that payment same day as the appointment. Putting money over patient care is ridiculous. Receptionist was also rude about it.
I truly have nothing but nice things to say about Dr Kellum. He is the sweetest and a great doctor! Dr. Mullis on the other hand is definitely not one of my top doctors. He has seen my baby. I’ve had to beg for him to tell me what was wrong with my daughter and still after finding what was wrong his plan is always “to do nothing.” He does not listen to concerns and has not once seemed to care about my baby.
