Terrible service for my husband today. Long wait even tho only one other customer, with no explanation or apology. Very unprofessional attitudes. Hearing evaluation was a joke-a supposedly soundproof room but office noise came through into the earphones. Will not go back, cannot recommend.
Laura does a phenomenal job. She listens to what I have to say and thanks to her, I can listen to what she has to say.
Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable
I have been going to Apple Glen ENT for over a year. My ENT specialist is Kara Massey. She is just great. She knows just what to do to take of any problems I have. I just recently went in to see her with a problem with how one of my hearing aid fit. Wasn't sure how to explain it to her but she knew what I was talking about and fixed me up. Problem solved.
