My hearing aid charger died. I was heading out of town. They replaced it without question immediately.
The person at the front desk was abrupt and impolite. To be fair, I had cancelled two previous appointments due to family issues. This was our third appointment, and we arrived on time. I apologized for the earlier cancellations, but the receptionist did not greet us or acknowledge my apology. Instead, she informed us that the office had cancelled this third appointment because of an office event. Given this experience, we decided to cancel the follow-up appointment.
I was having issues with my phone and aids so they got me right in and fixed the blue tooth problem and made sure my aids were clean. Very helpful.
