Came in for a baseline hearing test. Everything went well, Scott was great, no pressure tactics!
Scott is a very nice person and a true professional at what he does.
Love Audible, but I have to complain about the childproof battery packs. I can understand not wanting to let a child get a hold of the batteries but it is almost impossible for me to get into them. I and 67, even using a scissors-- I get very frustrated, the package gets sharp edges and I can't imagine an older person than me trying to open them.
I appreciate how professional their center is. Very hospitable and friendly staff who treat their clients with respect and class
