Excellent customer service by front staff. Fast and efficient office and great physicians. In and out in less than than 1 hour!
Good so far except for the website not being very user friendly. I can't seem to get into the portal to get a current record summary. They helped me finally got into the portal from a visit at a different office last year, but that's the only summary there. I haven't called yet, but in this modern era of electronic charts, it's a bit surprising. I don't always remember what they say so I like to read the summary or look up anything I don't understand before next visit so it is a bit annoying to not have access without having... read more
I had acute ear pressure and was leaving in 2 days for the mountains. The clogged ear would have been very painful amid the changing pressures at high altitudes. They saw me the morning before my departure and placed a tube in my ear at that time. No pain. No pressure. Just relief. They are the best!!!
